In principle, the company destructs the information immediately after the purposes of its collection and use have been achieved without delay.
The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows.

Destruction procedure
Information entered by users through customer service inquiries is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved, stored for a period of time in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations (refer to retention and usage period), and then destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than its retention unless required otherwise by law.
Destruction method
Personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic files is destroyed using technical methods so that the records cannot be reproduced, and personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

In principle, the company does not provide the personal information to third parties. However, the following exceptions apply.

[9] Collection, Use, and Opt-out of Behavioral Information
1) The company collects Behavioral information as follows.
Web browsing history and Usage records such as click history of users within the web/app services
2) Method of Behavioral Information Collection
Automatically collect and transmit information generated by key user actions on the website/app using tools for collection of created information (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics, a web log analysis tool provided by Google, which collects behavioral information of users of our website/app through cookies. In the process, only non-identifiable information that cannot identify individual users is collected.
