    It is a kiln for burning various materials such as the anode and cathode materials for rechargeable batteries, the high-precision temperature control, optimized air supply and exhaust system, and stable operation are the key features. In particular, it has the world's largest production capacity and scale. The durability of the equipment is maximized by using rollers, heaters, and insulation materials that have all been verified.

Pre-heating, automatic exhaust, and the oscillation systems are applied to reflect the optimal specifications for the various tests. The user's convenience is improved by the MS basic test condition loading method, and the necessary SW for the convenient data collection and management is applied.

    The precise measurement and mixing of the materials are performed to ensure reactivity and uniformity in the kiln and satisfy the raw materials' physical and chemical characteristics of the rechargeable battery electrode (positive and negative). Additional processes, such as controlling the particle size of the final products, and removing the residual lithium and foreign metal particles, are performed on the final product to prevent fire hazards and satisfy the charge and discharge performances. The EPC Turn-Key Project can be performed with nine processes: raw material storage, weighing, mixing, grinding, crushing, raw material transfer, water washing, dehydration, drying, cooling classification, de-ionization, and packaging.

    It is a processing equipment for the rechargeable battery electrode plates, compressed with high pressure to increase the energy density of the coated electrode plate and processed to a uniform thickness. It produces precise and uniform thickness in micron units through the precise roller position control and pressure control.

    This equipment that stacks the cathode, anode, and separator in a zigzag pattern, enabling the highest precision through the non-contact vision alignment. This equipment processes the tapered shape on the slitted electrode in the roll state. Roll-to-roll and roll-to-cut methods are possible, and it has an AGV interlocking function. Integrated Full Auto Splicing function reduces the time loss due to roll replacements.

    Notching Machine
    This equipment makes jelly rolls by sequentially stacking the cathode, anode, and separator and finishing the wrapping. Applying the Roll to the Cut Z-folding method prevents the stacking of two pole plates during the sheet transfer. In addition, the 3-point support XYθ stage improves the speed and lifespan of the equipment and achieves the highest precision.

    This equipment secures highly flexible PU PAD with a vacuum, removes the release papers, and attaches the pad according to the cell's shape. To accurately and quickly secure the PAD to the cross-section of the cell, high-speed control, and vision technologies are used, and an ionizer is used to prevent errors due to static electricity during peeling.
